Returns for Personalized Signed Paperbacks: Because they are signed/personalized and cannot be resold, signed/personalized paperbacks cannot be returned. All sales are final. 

Digital Products Refund Policy: You understand and agree that due to the immediate, digital nature of the products sold, we do not provide refunds or exchanges as the items cannot be returned. All sales are final.
